Tool revision and repair to cores and cavities

LaserCusing brings new possibilities to mould repair if, for example, a core is crashed.

We simply mill off the damaged part of your core and build it up again using LaserCusing technology. Only CNC finishing is required to duplicate the quality of the original core. This is very easy to do because the LaserCusing machine internally uses a standard EROWA positioning system to make the repair:

  1. Very swift repair because original core is re-used
  2. Low-cost; we only fix what was damaged
  3. Add optimized cooling to your core during repair
