Short runs & test moulds

Test and trial moulds can easily be fabricated by LaserCusing technology. We can easily position standard DME/Hasco pre-drilled plates into our machine onto which we directly fabricate cavities.

We often use CL20 material for this application because of the cost advantage provided by its high build speed. Here are some pictures of a typical method of constructing these types of mould bases.
