On the Applications page you learned about the possibilities offered by LaserCusing. But how is it possible to implement conformal cooling in a production mould without staggering cost?

To do this we’ve developed three basic methods to use in fabricating your part or tool. These are the channel-method, surface-method and combi-method as noted in the Navigation menu.

Pay special attention to the menu item, Hybrid Tooling. It tells you how to go about applying LaserCusing to get maximum cooling performance for less than the cost of cooling the conventional way.
