3D Laser Engraving

The LaserCusing machine’s engraving module enables us to manufacture very finely-detailed part geometries and engravings by evaporating material. Because no mechanical forces are applied to the work piece, structures with details as small as approximately 0.0005" (0.1mm) can be fabricated with ten to one aspect ratios.

The pulsed laser spot diameter is 0.00035" (0.07mm). 2D, 2.5D and 3D operations can be performed on workpieces up to a maximum size of 24x16x16" (600x400x400mm).

Materials which can be evaporated are steel, aluminium, graphite and many coated materials.
